How deposit confirmation works
After you register on bandarnalo and pass email verification, you navigate to the Deposit section. You select a payment method from our list of ten options, enter the amount you wish to transfer, and confirm. Your chosen payment provider (DANA, e-wallet, etc.) then handles the actual transaction — you authenticate through their app or website, approve the charge, and wait for settlement.
Once your payment provider confirms the transfer on their end, we receive a notification within milliseconds. We match your transaction ID against your bandarnalo account and credit your balance immediately. You see the deposit reflected in your Account Balance section before you return to the game lobby. No waiting for bank processing, no manual review delays — confirmation is automated.
Payment method differences
E-wallet transfers via mobile banking, local payment, or online payment settle within seconds — you authorize the payment in the e-wallet app, return to bandarnalo, and your balance updates by the time your screen refreshes. Bank transfers through e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment follow slightly different timelines. e-wallet (unified QR code payment) works with both e-wallets and banks, combining the speed advantage of e-wallets with the security assurances of bank infrastructure.
mobile banking and local payment operate on e-wallet settlement, delivering confirmation in the same second-to-second window as online payment and e-wallet. If your bank or e-wallet is experiencing downtime — rare, but possible during major network events or holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha — your payment may queue and confirm when service restores. bandarnalo monitors all payment provider status pages and notifies users of known outages via the Deposit section of the app.
Confirmation happens at payment-provider level, not ours
We do not process the charge; your bank or e-wallet does. We only receive and credit the notification. If your payment provider delays, we do too. Check your e-wallet or bank app first if a deposit seems slow.
Deposit confirmation receipt and transaction history
After confirmation, bandarnalo stores a receipt showing: transaction ID (unique identifier), payment method used (e.g., "mobile banking"), transfer amount, timestamp (date and time to the second), and your account balance before and after credit. You access this receipt by navigating to Account → Transaction History → Deposits and clicking any deposit entry. We retain all receipts indefinitely, so you can audit your deposit history from months or years ago if needed.
Your payment provider also stores a receipt on their side (in your local payment app, online payment mobile banking, etc.). Both receipts carry the same transaction ID, letting you cross-reference them if a dispute ever arises. If you dispute a charge, we compare our records with your payment provider's records and resolve the discrepancy within one business day.

What to do if deposit confirmation stalls
In rare cases, a transfer initiates but confirmation does not arrive within ten minutes. This usually means your payment provider is processing the charge asynchronously — the debit may have already left your account, but bandarnalo has not yet received notification. Wait another five minutes; confirmation typically arrives by then. If fifteen minutes pass with no confirmation, check your e-wallet or bank app: if the debit shows as pending or failed, the funds never left and your bandarnalo account remains unchanged. If the debit shows as completed, the transfer is in-flight and confirmation will arrive shortly.
If confirmation takes longer than thirty minutes, contact bandarnalo Support via the in-app chat or email. We can manually verify the transfer with your payment provider and credit your account immediately if the payment cleared on their end. We do not charge a fee for this verification. Our support team operates during standard business hours across Indonesia; response times during Idul Fitri or Idul Adha holidays may extend to 24 hours due to reduced staffing.

Mobile app and web browser confirmation flow
Deposit confirmation works identically across bandarnalo's native mobile app and web browser. If you initiate a deposit on mobile app and switch to your browser mid-process, your account balance will reflect the deposit correctly on both platforms once confirmation arrives — we sync account state every thirty seconds. You do not need to refresh or log out and back in; bandarnalo updates your balance in the background.
Some users deposit via browser while their e-wallet or bank app remains in a separate window or tab. This multi-window workflow is supported; once your payment provider processes the charge, we credit bandarnalo immediately regardless of which interface you use. Your confirmation receipt appears on both app and web simultaneously, accessible from Account → Transaction History on either device.
Confirmation is not a promise from us — it is a fact verified by your payment provider. We simply pass along their notification and credit your account.
Security and verification during deposit confirmation
Your payment credentials never touch bandarnalo servers. When you select local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, we redirect you to your provider's secure login page (verified by HTTPS and bank-grade encryption). You authenticate with your provider, approve the charge, and return to bandarnalo. We never see your password, PIN, or account number — only a signed confirmation from your provider stating that the transaction succeeded.
If your bandarnalo account has not yet passed identity verification, you cannot initiate deposits. Identity verification requires email confirmation plus a photo ID (driver's license or passport). This one-time check prevents account fraud and complies with local banking regulations in supported jurisdictions. Once verified, all future deposits skip re-verification; your account remains verified indefinitely unless you request account closure or we detect suspicious activity.
