bandarnalo Terms of Use
These terms describe how we operate bandarnalo and what you agree to when you create an account, deposit funds, and place bets on Liga 1, live-dealer games, slots, or esports markets. We at bandarnalo maintain this service only in jurisdictions where local law permits gaming platforms to operate — services are not available to users in regions that prohibit such platforms by national law. Your access to bandarnalo depends on your location; if you are in a supported region (such as Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan), these terms apply to your use of the platform.
We designed these terms to be straightforward rather than defensive. We explain what you must do to open an account, how deposits and withdrawals work, what happens when disputes arise, and the limits of our liability. We do not hide restrictions in footnotes or bury settlement terms in fine print. You are accountable for following Indonesian banking regulations and local gambling laws in your jurisdiction — we assume you have verified that bandarnalo operates legally where you are located.
By registering on bandarnalo, verifying your email, providing identity documents, and funding your account, you accept these terms in full. You may close your account and withdraw your balance at any time; account closure does not release you from liabilities you may have incurred before closure.
Account opening and user eligibility on bandarnalo
To open an account on bandarnalo, you must be an adult under the laws of your jurisdiction. You provide your legal name, email, and one form of government-issued photo identification — driver's license or passport. We verify this information against official records; if verification fails, we close your account and refund your balance minus any outstanding bets or withdrawals in process.
You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. If someone else gains access to your account and places bets or withdraws funds using your payment method, you remain liable for those transactions unless you notify us of the breach within twenty-four hours. We investigate breaches; if we find unauthorized access, we reverse fraudulent bets and refunds withdrawals made without your consent. If you delay reporting unauthorized access, we may not be able to reverse older transactions.
Your account is not transferable
You cannot sell, gift, or share your bandarnalo account. If we detect account sharing or use by multiple individuals, we freeze the account and forfeit any balance, regardless of payment method.
Deposits, withdrawals, and payment terms
We accept deposits through ten payment methods: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Minimum deposits are ₱500 equivalent for mobile banking and e-wallets, ₱1,000 for bank transfers. Maximum single deposits are ₱250,000 equivalent. We hold no daily or monthly deposit caps — your limit resets each calendar month. Deposits settle within seconds for local payment and e-wallets; bank transfers settle within two hours on weekdays or by next business day if submitted during evenings or weekends.
Withdrawals revert to your original deposit method unless you link a new destination account. We process withdrawals within standard banking hours; online payment and e-wallet withdrawals typically settle within two hours, bank transfers within one business day. We impose no minimum withdrawal amount and no withdrawal fee when you withdraw to your own account. If you link a new payment destination, we require one-time verification before processing your first withdrawal to that new method.
Bets, settlements, and dispute resolution
When you place a bet on bandarnalo — whether on Liga 1 matches, Piala AFF tournaments, Champions League fixtures, live-dealer tables, slots, or esports markets — your stake debits immediately from your account. We hold that stake until the event concludes and we determine the outcome. Settlement occurs within minutes for sports bets, instantly for casino games, and per the game rules for esports markets.
If a match is postponed, abandoned, or the official result is disputed, we follow the ruling of the official governing body (the Indonesian Football League for Liga 1, AFC for Piala AFF, UEFA for Champions League, etc.). We do not make settlement decisions; we enforce the official result. If you believe we settled a bet incorrectly, you may dispute it within thirty days of settlement by contacting our support team. We review disputes with reference to official sources; if we agree we made an error, we correct your account balance.
bandarnalo settles bets according to official outcomes published by governing bodies. We do not reverse correct settlements because odds moved unfavourably.
Account suspension and account closure
We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if you violate these terms, breach local law, or engage in fraud. Suspension means you cannot place new bets; you may withdraw any existing balance. Closure means your account is terminated permanently; we refund your balance via your original payment method within ten business days. Any outstanding bets on suspended or closed accounts remain settled per normal rules; we do not refund settled losses.
If we detect repeated breaches of account security, use of the account by multiple individuals, or betting patterns that suggest money laundering or match-fixing, we close your account and forfeit your balance to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. You have the right to appeal account closure by contacting support within fourteen days; we review your appeal and respond with a decision within ten business days.
Jurisdiction and legal notice
bandarnalo operates only where local law permits. If you are located in a jurisdiction where gaming platforms are prohibited by national law, you may not use bandarnalo. We make no representation that our service is legal everywhere — your responsibility is to verify that bandarnalo operates legally in your location before opening an account. If legal status changes in your jurisdiction, we may suspend or terminate your access without refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of your place of residence, provided that place permits gaming platforms. If a dispute arises, you and bandarnalo agree to attempt resolution through our support team before pursuing legal action. Any legal claim must be filed within two years of the event giving rise to the claim, or it is barred.
Our commitments and your protections on bandarnalo
We protect all transaction data with bank-grade encryption. Your payment credentials never pass through bandarnalo servers; we route all transactions through tokenized gateways maintained by your bank or e-wallet provider. We do not store your password in plaintext; we hash all credentials with industry-standard algorithms.
We undertake to respond to support inquiries within twenty-four hours during business days. During holiday periods like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Imlek, response times may extend to forty-eight hours due to reduced staffing. We maintain service availability during all regional holidays, though settlement timelines may extend by one business day if the holiday falls on a weekend.
These terms may change at any time. We notify you of material changes via email; continued use of bandarnalo after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Non-material clarifications take effect immediately. If a change materially reduces your rights, you may close your account within fourteen days and withdraw your balance without penalty.
